Hyper-digitalization has resulted in an increase in high-performance computing devices in applications including mobility, automotive electronics, data centers, artificial intelligence and machine learning, leading to the strong growth in demand for semiconductor devices.
The global shortage of chips coupled with increasing complexity and shorter time-to-market is catalyzing chipmakers to invest in sophisticated, high-end testing capabilities. Today, there are a number of applications including healthcare and automotive where failure is not an option.
To overcome these challenges, AEM’s highly-differentiated enhanced system-level test allows manufacturers to test their high-end semiconductors in mission mode – increasing throughput and coverage, and reducing cost of test and time to market. As a global leader in test innovation, AEM is committed to ensuring A Zero Failure World.
With custom-native as our DNA combined with a singular focus on our customers, AEM is uniquely positioned to build and innovate application-specific solutions that meet our customers’ test needs. Our M&A programme will continue to be a strong complement to the organic growth of our technological talents and capabilities to drive AEM forward as a leader in the test industry.
